Pacific Aerospace Consulting (PAC) is currently seeking an Administration Assistant to join its Australian Division in the Business Development (BD) Team. The position will be based in Canberra, Williamtown (Newcastle) or Brisbane.
The role is pivotal in supporting the day-to-day activities and broader goals of the Business Development Team.
Your primary responsibilities will include: Providing administrative support including data entry, document management and action trackingProviding project support for all BD contract capturesBuilding relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, facilitating effective communication and collaborationOur ideal candidate will have: Professional experience within the Defence industry with an understanding of Defence Export Controls and Defence ContractingProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteWell-developed stakeholder engagement and relationship building skillsDemonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teamsStrong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skillsA minimum security clearance of Baseline, with the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance of Negative Vetting 1 (NV1)PAC is an innovative, privately-owned company delivering high-impact operational capability to our Defence and commercial partners.
