Led by a passionate group of professionals who want to give back to their community, this organisation is about to embark on an exciting period of growth that will see new initiatives.The OpportunityAs part of this growth journey, an opening has been created for an Admin Assistant to join the team.
This role will ensure the ongoing efficiency of the administration function as the organisation goes through an exciting growth phase.Some of the key tasks aligned to this position will include:Perform inductions and registrations for service participantsManage the secure handling of client information & general filesHandle incoming and outward communication correspondenceOversee stationary and office supplies including orderingManage the petty cash floatConduct program evaluation assessmentsAssist with the development of social media accounts and marketing contentThe Successful ApplicantWill come with prior experience as an Admin Assistant or similar role.Has sound skills with MS Excel and is familiar with MYOB / Xero.Is a team player who has strong communication skills both written and verbal.This role would ideally suit a working parent that is looking for a role that will utilise their skills in a role with a work / life balance.The BenefitsCirca 14 hours or 2 days per week - Flexible on which daysOffering $25ph + SuperJoin an organisation that is contributing to the communityWork with a great team of passionate individualsPart time role - Genuine Work / Life balanceBlacktown location – Parking providedSound interesting?
