About the Role As an Administrative Assistant, you'll provide vital support to the Executive Assistant (EA) of the Head of Aged Care and the Aged Care Executive Team. Your role will serve as a central communication hub, ensuring smooth operations and seamless interactions between the leadership team and the Head of Aged Care.
Your Responsibilities Will Include: Delivering high-level administrative support to the EA and Executive Team. Coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items. Organising domestic travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries. Managing compliance documentation and maintaining accurate records. Supporting workforce processes such as onboarding, role transitions, and offboarding. Overseeing office resource management, including stationery, supplies, and fleet coordination. Preparing reports, drafting correspondence, and managing communication. What We're Looking For: A proactive, self-managed individual who can juggle multiple priorities with ease. Someone with excellent communication skills who thrives in a collaborative environment. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to ethical and professional standards. Resilience and the ability to remain calm and effective in challenging situations.
