About the Role In this dynamic position, you will report to the Administration Team Leader and be responsible for a variety of essential administrative functions. Your work will encompass everything from managing appointment schedules and processing accounts to maintaining medical records and facilitating effective communication with clients and healthcare professionals. You'll contribute to a supportive team environment that prioritizes quality service and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities: Provide professional and efficient reception and administrative services. Respond promptly to customer inquiries with accurate information. Manage appointment schedules for specialists and community midwives. Ensure proper receipting of incoming funds and manage mail distribution. Maintain compliance with medical records standards and assist with client file preparation. Enter data into relevant databases and maintain accurate records. Participate in team meetings and assist with training volunteers and trainees. Support quality improvement initiatives and adhere to safety and conduct standards. Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, strong problem-solving skills, and a commitment to confidentiality and quality client service.
Experience: Proven experience working with diverse clients and maintaining accurate client records.
Personal Qualities: A positive attitude, adaptability to change, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively with minimal supervision.
