In this role, you'll: Provide essential administrative support to the team, ensuring smooth daily operations, including coordinating meetings and assisting with compliance through research and accurate reference materials to address team inquiries. Play a critical role in the organization by maintaining registers and record-keeping, managing information through scanning and archiving, and creating folders in CM10. Collect and compile information to assist in the development of documentation and reports, which is a key aspect of the position. Travel to various sites and branches to conduct stocktakes and record equipment and custodians for PJES MPE and other assets. Support weekly reporting on key performance measures by providing accurate data. Independently monitor and track induction systems for our site workers. Manage the PPE shared inbox to fulfill PPE orders for workers in accordance with specified guidelines. About you: As an autonomous operator, you thrive both independently and as part of a team. You are an enthusiastic and proactive office all-rounder who thrives in a busy environment and is eager to contribute to the success of the business. Experience supporting senior leadership and managing office operations will enhance your effectiveness in this role. Prior experience in document control or archiving will be highly regarded. You must possess a valid driving license.
