About The Role Anglicare has an exciting opportunity for an administrative assistant based out of Roden Cutler Lodge, Gordon.
The role will provide support to the Residential COO and Regional Managers.
The aim of this role is to contribute to the efficient and effective functioning of the team by ensuring that administrative aspects and the financial transactions of the department are managed, internal staff are supported and assistance given for events as requested, liaising with internal and external stakeholders and providing information to them with best practice customer service.
Responsibilities (not limited to): Complete general administrative tasks, including word processing, filing, emailing, and mail distribution. Maintain and improve administrative procedures and systems. Organise meetings, events, and functions as required. Process work orders and supply orders in a timely manner. Ensure all administrative records and databases are accurately maintained and up to date. Comply with safe work practices and participate in workplace consultation activities. Actively engage in safety activities, including hazard and incident reporting as prescribed in the WHSIMS. Provide support to internal staff.
