Administration Assistant

We are seeking a highly organised and efficient Administrative Assistant to join our team at AutoNexus in Altona.
As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our daily operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of the office.
What is the opportunity? This role is a 12-month fixed-term contract designed to support the team with customer inquiries, the coordination for all transport bookings, manifest preparations, spreadsheet updates and any other general administration duties as may be required.
Further to the above the duties and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:
Coordinate all transportation requirements for customersLiaise with all contracted freight companies and drivers and ensure that HSE contractor requirements are metEnsure all vehicles are in the correct location and ready for drivers with minimal disruptionsUpdate the system to reflect vehicle movementsReceipt of vehicles for all clientsOther general administrative duties as requiredAbout you: Good written and verbal communication skillsYou will be customer orientedBe able to multi-taskHave high attention to detailWhy join us?Explore the range of benefits Inchcape offers its employees in recognition of their contribution to our success.
