About the role We are on the lookout for an Administration Assistant here at LXRP to play an essential role supporting our Senior Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer and Executive Leadership Team. We are seeking someone with a constructive approach and supportive mindset who has strong attention to detail and who can provide high quality support services. On a day-to-day basis, you will find yourself:
Supporting the Senior Executive Assistant across a wide range of administrative duties, including calendar and email management, agenda coordination, presentation preparation and general administrative duties.Booking corporate travel for employees across LXRP via Corporate Travel Management software.Assisting users of our digital signing platform DocuSign by delivering new user training and troubleshooting help.Coordinating meetings and workshops by greeting visitors, preparing agendas, materials and meeting rooms.Managing general office administrative duties including records and document database management, filing, photocopying, scanning, and binding.In addition, the Administration Assistant may be available to play a wider support role within the Executive Leadership Team, Executive Assistant group to assist as required including covering for leave.Join an experienced team who foster a collaborative and supportive environment.
This is a three (3) year fixed term position, paying a salary between $76,817 and $93,275 + superannuation with hybrid working arrangement (a mix of office and home/remote based working). The office you will be working from is located in 121 Exhibition Street, and you will also have the option to access flexible working arrangements if you need them – many LXRP employees work flexibly.

Technical Capabilities – experience using Microsoft Suite. Experience using SharePoint, Content Manager and DocuSign is advantageous.Strong written and verbal communication skills and confidence liaising with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.Experience in an administrative support position is highly desirable but not essential.Can confidently work independently, and can assume the duties of the Senior Executive Assistant in their absence.We are looking for individuals who have a strong sense of purpose in helping the LXRP deliver on transforming the way Victorians live, work and travel.
