Administration Assistant

We are seeking a Part Time - Administration Assistant who is flexible for 3 days (between Mon-Fri) and hours of 9am - 5pm.
We are a family run small business located in Wattle Glen specialising in Building Insurance. 
Immediate start, and available throughout December/January. 
Must be a fast learner and have an understanding of Microsoft office, MYOB experience would be preferred but not essential and is overall computer savy.
Fluent in English is a must.
Experience in the building field is preferred, but not essential.
Your roles will include but are not limited to:
-Typing up dictated reports and quotations
- Answering phones 
- General day to day reception duties
- General office assistance
This position would be suitable for someone local to the Diamond Valley area.
