The Opportunity Veolia is a leading environmental services company, and we're seeking an experienced Administration Assistant to join our team in Southbank, 3006.
As an Administration Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting our team members.
What's on offer 20 hours per week, with some flexibility around schedule Join a leading environmental services company Supportive and collaborative work environment Excellent training and career development opportunities What you'll be responsible for Provide exceptional customer service, welcoming visitors, and ensuring new employees and contractors are inducted to site Manage incoming calls, emails, and enquiries in a timely and efficient manner Provide administrative support to Senior Leaders, including processing and managing customer and supplier invoices Data entry into various software, including Excel and SAP Manage customer billing and payment processes, ensuring accurate and timely payments Provide ad-hoc administrative support to all business lines Maintain office supplies, including stationery and kitchen consumables Organise contractors for work required on site and maintain office and site security access   What you'll need to be successful Previous experience in an administrative or office coordinator role Highly self motivated and able to work autonomously  Positive attitude and exceptional time management and organisational skills Ability to build trust and credibility with senior stakeholders A Veolia Career At Veolia, we're on a mission to build a more sustainable future through ecological transformation.
