Description: Marsh is seeking candidates for the following position in our Melbourne office:Administration AssistantWhat can you expect?
You will provide support to Client Facing Brokers in all aspects of administration and technical support through the accurate, efficient, and timely production of policies, renewals, and related documentation.
You will demonstrate technical proficiency, with responsibility for completing a defined set of processes and tasks within the end-to-end insurance broking lifecycle, ensuring that processes and tasks assigned to you are completed seamlessly and in line with agreed standards of time to complete, accuracy and productivity.

Generate renewal documents and process.
Generate client documents such as schedules, COC, proof of cover.
Premium and adjustment calculations Claims histories Report preparation.
Manage and prioritise own workload to meet individual SLA, KPI and Quality targets.
Processing of transactions and resolution of escalated matters within SLAMaintain a basic understanding of the core aspects of relevant Insurance and related legislation.
Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Adhere strictly to the Company's Quality practices and other systems and procedures.
Ad hoc tasks as requested.
What you need to have: Clear and concise oral and written communication skills Strong numerical skills Excellent organisation skills with ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines.
Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to work within a team.
Adept to learning new technologies.
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools Insurance knowledge What makes you stand out: Administration experience within insurance or financial servicesUniversity degree, diploma or equivalent work experience
