Administration Assistant

We are searching for an Administration Assistant to join the award-winning Mortgage Choice Franchise team at Elsternwick. In this role, you will be responsible for providing strong customer service skills, general administration and assistance with loan applications and follow up. More specifically, you will be responsible for; meeting and greeting clients, telephones, and client correspondence, as well as, assisting our loan consultants with their loan applications.
Mortgage / loan processing experience will be highly regarded. Monday to Friday 9-5pm and no weekend workPart-Time will be considered for the right applicantOngoing training and developmentSmall and dynamic teamTo land this role you will have a friendly disposition and great interpersonal skills. You will also have at least 1 year's administration experience, strong time management skills, excellent organisational skills, great attention to detail and an exceptional customer service ethic.
Exposure to financial services and a Business Certificate in Administration is preferred but not essential, along with experience using Google Workspace and CRM systems.
