Administration Assistant AJ Building and Restoration 
Sunshine North, Melbourne VIC
Administrative Assistants (Administration & Office Support)
Permanent Part Time
Tuesday – Friday (4 days per week)
Hours – 8am – 5pm 
$30 – $33 per hour

Specialising in 24/7 Emergency Make Safe's, Insurable related repairs, Restoration Services and Builders Hire Equipment. AJ's has been established and a national presence since 2016 working for and on behalf of Insurance Building companies. Qualifications & experience Great customer service and organisational skills Excellent communication skillsPoses the ability to act and complete tasks with a sense of urgency, when required.Ability to work under pressure and be able to, at times, cope with a high volume of jobs.Ability to be flexible with hours, if required. Ability to work independently and autonomouslyIs willing to be a part of a team environmentIs willing to being coachable and learn quickly.Tasks & responsibilities Receiving and triaging phone calls from insurance builders (customers) and home owners (insured clients)Update and maintain Company Operating System (File Maker). Ensure that all administration requirements are kept up to date.Maintain good communication with Customers and Trades, when required Assist with administration duties across all aspects of the business within the insurance industry, as required.Assist coordinators and Managers with processing jobs on a daily basis, which may include assistance with report writing, inputting data and information and allocating jobs to trades.  Assist our Restoration and VSBA team with administrative duties, as required.  Benefits An immediate startSupport & guidance from all team members and managersPositive, challenging & rewarding environmentIncentive and Bonus scheme availableOpportunity to progress from permanent part time to full-time employment if desired
