Melbourne's CBD office locationFirst 3 months in office for training - hybrid thereafterFollow a rotating roster from Monday to Friday (8am - 5pm)Candidates will be required to work over ChristmasCompetitive hourly rate with career opportunities down the trackCandidates must be able to pass Background ChecksWhat you'll do: Review credit applications to ensure the accuracy and completeness of information provided by applicants.Support credit analysis process by gathering and organising financial information, credit reports, and other relevant documents required for evaluation.Conduct diligent cross-checking of all documents provided, paying close attention to detail to identify any discrepancies or inconsistencies.Initiate contact with customers via phone to request additional documentation or clarification if necessary, ensuring all required information is obtained for a comprehensive assessment.Maintain accurate and organised records of all communication and documentation related to credit applications, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.What you bring: Strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer serviceAbility to assess loan applications and identify potential risksMeticulous attention to detail in your workExcellent communication skills for building relationships and effective communication with stakeholdersUnderstanding of home loan products (preferred)Previous experience in assessing loan applications or banking (preferred)Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples are encouraged to apply.
