WellsGray Recruitment have a number of temporary administrative roles located in Carlton and Ivanhoe for switched on administrators with either a HR Advisor or EVENTS Administration background. You must have excellent communication, organisational and MS Office skills.
Vacant roles are as follows :-
Human Resources - Recruitment Advisor
ASAP to mid-February 2025 - Ivanhoe - Healthcare Advertising recruitment requests through HRIS (Success Factors)Managing phone enquiries and service tickets related to the recruitment processesOn-boarding Managers and CandidatesReview job advertising ensuring compliance requirements are met and represents the brand in a consistent and positive wayManage recruitment request approvals Ivanhoe close to public transport - Administration
ASAP for 4 weeks - HR Department - Healthcare Support the Human Resources team with on-boardingData entry - updating spreadsheets and double-checking entries (excel)Providing updates to the wider team with new employee information and compliance Event Administrator Coordinator - Carlton location
Work until end of February 2025 Assist with administration tasks for the teamHandle all phone and email enquiriesData entryEvent planningAt least one year's experience in events would be ideal If you have the skills and experience we require please don't hesitate to send your CV though for further consideration.
