As a key member of this thriving organisation, your role will involve being the initial point of contact for new claimants.
Your primary focus will be to provide them with reassurance and ensure that all necessary administrative tasks and paperwork are handled well and streamlining the claims process.
Additionally, you will play a vital role in supporting the broader business in its commitment to delivering an award-winning experience to both clients and insurance partners.
