Administration Assistant

A fantastic opportunity for a Junior Administrative Assistant to join our Company. Experienced is preferred but willing to train for the right person. This is a full time position Monday - Friday, located in Manjimup, working for a family run business. What does the role entail?
Answer and direct phone calls Meet and greet clients Distribute incoming and outgoing documents Prepare, send and receive emails Data Input Filing Scanning Printing General cleaning of office and facilities What sort of person are we looking for?
Knowledge of Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel etc). Good written and verbal communication skills Demonstrated initiative and provide "hands on" support Works well as a team member How to apply:
