About Us  Here at Airside Equipment Specialist, we are leading the way in airside ground equipment and servicing. Operating from Tasmania, Australia, we specialise in the fabrication and supply of ground handling equipment and supporting products for our client's as well as airside maintenance and repairs.
We are currently looking for an experienced Administration Assistant for an ongoing permanent part time role offering 18 to 24 hours per week to be negotiated with the successful candidate based at our office in Launceston. 
Your tasks will include the following: Answering phone calls and directing callers to appropriate staff, schedules appointments, receive incoming packages, and assists clients and other visitors.Responds to emails and other digital queries and correspondence.Provide administrative support services such as ordering/purchasing, invoicing processes, filing, mail and correspondence,creating, compiling and storing documents, maintenance of office equipment, maintenance of information registers, Provide meeting and training support including assisting and coordinating meetings, agendas, and transport,  Please review the position description for the full duties aligned to the role.  To be successful in this role you will need: A relevant qualification in business administration is desirable. A minimum of 2 years related experience.Intermediate level experience in the accounting software package.Intermediate level experience in excel and word processing.High level experience in all aspects of administration.Extensive experience in customer service roles.Experience in accounts payable and receivable is desirable. The successful candidate will be a dedicated and passionate in the administrative field and will be ready to take on a new role delivering a high-quality service to the business and its customers.
