Locally owned and independent, this company has been operating in Launceston for over 10 years, providing a range of accounting services. They pride themselves on the quality service provided by their experienced practitioners and support staff. Due to business growth, they are seeking a Financial Administrator to join their team. Your new role
Reporting to one of the company directors, you will be responsible for administration of self-managed superannuation funds including but not limited to preparation and maintenance of accounts, handling correspondence from internal and external stakeholders, tax returns, and assisting with the SMSF audit process, as well as other relevant duties as required. What you'll need to succeed Proven experience in a similar administration role, desirably within the accounting, financial planning, or legal industries Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy Excellent organisational skills, and the ability to cope with time-related pressures Strong sense of initiative, work ethic and sense of enthusiastic ownership of this role Intermediate to Advanced ITC skills are also vital, with a strong working knowledge of MOS and the ability to pick up industry-based software.
