As an Administration Assistant at RSM you will:  Collate Financial Statements and tax documents Organise and maintain electronic filing systems Communicate with the ATO and ABR on behalf of clients Assist with data entry Communicate with clients regarding lodgement of ATO documents Ensure adherence to regular lodgement deadlines Assist with internal billing processes General administration duties for the team, including scanning and filing documents.
Answer telephones and respond to queries Back up office reception duties Database maintenance Work with Xero and MYOB practice management systems Attend to Corporate Registers and ASIC lodgement Essentials for the role: 6-12 months in a similar role  Completion of Year 12 Strong Communication Skills Strong attention to detail Strong customer service Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team Strong organizational skills and time management


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
