The role would suit someone who is seeking a full-time position in the Hobart CBD.Your hours will be 8:30am-5:00pm Monday to FridayYou will be part of a friendly, supportive and team-oriented environment.Job scope can be modified to align with the successful candidate's experience & skills.Your core duties will include:Monitoring and responding to client enquiries received via email and telephoneGreeting and assisting clients face to faceScheduling appointments for our Accounting staffCollating reports, including financial statements and income tax returns to be sent to clientsAssisting with administrative tasks, including filing, scanning, and supporting various staff within our teamProcessing invoice payments via EFTPOS, cheque, and cashSkills and experience:At least 12 months' experience in an administrative rolePrevious experience using Microsoft Office (particularly Outlook, Word & Excel)Previous experience using MYOB, Xero, BGL and/or QuickBooks is an advantage but not essentialAbility to multi-task, problem solve, and prioritise within a fast-paced environmentHigh attention to detail and accuracyStrong understanding of compliance and regulatory standardsAbility to work both independently without supervision and also as part of a teamApplications may be submitted to ****** and should be addressed to the Office Manager.
