Industrial Fire and Electrical Pty Ltd has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team and support the function of the project management team. This is a part-time position with the potential to go full-time, working flexibly in the Hobart offices.
To be successful in this role, you will possess the following attributes: being highly motivated with good communication skills and time management.
Ideally, you will possess sound knowledge and experience in:
Acting as the point of contact between the manager and internal/external clientsDirecting phone calls and distributing correspondenceHandling requests and queries appropriatelyManaging diary and scheduling meetings and appointmentsMaintaining office filing systemsExcellent Microsoft Office skillsYou will have a strong desire to succeed and embrace the various opportunities for continued learning.
