Hays Office Support are currently seeking an Administrative Assistant for a well-known Tasmanian organisation. This is an exciting opportunity to join their team & assist with online systems that support the Communications and Engagement team. The role will require part-time hours and will be offered as a 3-month temporary position, with an immediate start date.
Your new role Based in the northern suburbs of Hobart, our client is an organisation that focusses on providing essential services for Tasmania and building trust with colleagues and clients. As the Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting with mail merge documents, SMS text message communication, and online systems. What you'll need to succeed To be the successful applicant, you'll have demonstrated experience working in an Administration position. In addition, you will have:
Proficiency in Microsoft Word Certificate III in Business Administration High attention to detail Excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly nature Digital literacy What you'll get in return
