The Role:
As an Administration Assistant, you will support the day-to-day operations of the business with various administrative and retail-related tasks. You'll play an important role in assisting with orders, managing dispatch and logistics, handling customer inquiries, and providing general admin support. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on systems and Detail orientated work and wants to work in a friendly team.
Key Responsibilities: CIN7/ DEAR Inventory management experience (very desirable)Accounting experience with working with Xero entering data and pulling reports.

We're looking for someone available to work 3 days per week—specifically Wednesdays and Fridays, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. This schedule is ideal for someone seeking work that fits well with school hours or other commitments.
