As an integral part of the administrative team, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our office.Key Responsibilities:Provide administrative support to the management team and project managers.Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.Manage incoming calls and correspondence, prioritising and redirecting as necessary.Assist with the preparation of documents, reports, and presentations.Maintain and update filing systems, databases, and records.Handle office supply inventory and ordering as needed.Assist with ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned.Requirements:Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably within the construction or related industry.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Excellent organisational and time management skills with keen attention to detail.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within the role.Experience with basic accounting tasks is a plus.
