We are an approved and registered NDIS Provider, providing care and support to clients with complex health requirements and training to people within the community services industry. This includes NDIS funded, aged care packages and private nursing.
Our Training Academy delivers quality education and accredited training to the community services and clinical nursing industries.
As QHA continues to experience growth, we are now looking for an additional experienced administration officer to join our education team.
This position will be up to 5 days per week negotiable. Full Time work is available.
The Administration Assistant will be responsible for assisting with taking calls, creating bookings and assisting the educator in day to day administration needs as well as scheduling classes!
This position is working at our head office in Ormeau, you may need to travel to our other offices based in Springwood as well as attend training with educators across SE QLD.
Immediate start, comprehensive orientation, and training are available for successful applicants.
Duties & Responsibilities: Able to commit to PPT shifts that land between 8am - 4pmLooking to create a career in the training industry, not just a jobWilling to undertake ongoing trainingAssist education team in course bookings and follow up leadsTaking inbound calls regarding training and care and distribute to the appropriate personFiling, photocopying, completing spreadsheetsWelcoming visitors to office and complete sign-insEnsuring skills labs are fully stocked and ready for training deliveryOther administration tasks as directed
