The role: We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic individual with administrative/client services experience to join our team as the Client Support Manager.
?? Comprehensive onboarding and support will be provided. Your responsibilities include:
All functions of the client experience at Pepper KidsCoaching the Client Support AssistantHandling any client concerns & complaintsDaily email management, opening, forwarding, actioning, filing as requiredAnswering phone calls and scheduling appointmentsManaging bookings and cancellationsDocument managementManaging client and staff queries and concerns in collaboration with the Clinic ManagerData input and maintenance for our practice management softwareOther ad hoc tasks as requiredThe hours:
?Monday to Thursday 8.30am to 5.30pm

What you will need to join the team:

To be considered for the position, you will need a minimum of 2 years' experience in an admin role in a fast-paced environment and be able to demonstrate the following:
