Administration Assistant

For this position, we are flexible on either full-time hours or part-time to fit around school hours. We require a determined, fun-loving, and hardworking person to step into this role at our established Electrical Wholesale Branch.
Your responsibilities will include, yet are not limited to: Accounts Payable & Receivable Customer Service on the phone and counter Data Entry & Banking All General Administrative duties – Stationary orders, mail out, etc. Managing and maintaining customer relationships/expectations Assisting the Manager and other team members where required We need a self-motivated and passionate Administrative Assistant who will be able to think on their feet and work autonomously.
