Geraldton Cranes is a West Australian, family-owned company providing crane and heavy haulage services to the Midwest and Gascoyne region, with over 30 years of experience.We are seeking a highly motivated Administration Assistant to join our team on a full-time basis (approx. 40 hours per week). You will be an important team member and play an essential role in the smooth operation of our office.Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external communicationHandle phone calls, emails, and inquiries ensuring prompt and professional responsesAssist in organising and scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangementsEnsure that staff have all the required documentation for site visitsMaintain organised and efficient filing systemsQualifications and Skills:Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in record keeping and documentationPrevious experience in transport/crane or mining administration would be an advantageAbility to work well under pressure and meet deadlinesExcellent communication skills both verbal and writtenProficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Outlook)Excellent organisational and time management skillsAbility to prioritise tasksIf you have the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and are able to manage diverse tasks effectively, we encourage you to apply by submitting your resume and cover letter highlighting your relevant experience and why you believe you're the perfect fit for our team.
