28th October, 2024Site Administrator - EmeraldAbout the Position:An opportunity exists for a suitably experienced Site Administrator professional to join our team based at Emerald.
Reporting to the Business Unit Manager, our ideal candidate will have good organisational skills, good time management and the ability to learn on the job whilst working independently in a high volume and dynamic environment.Position Synopsis:Responsibilities include but are not limited to:General reception and office dutiesReceiving & directing incoming phone callsSigning in Visitors and ContractorsOrdering and maintaining stationary suppliesDistribution of mail/air freight – air, road and internationalPhotocopying/Scanning and compiling reportsData entry - invoices for costing purposesData entry – Purchase Req's & Purchase Orders (Supplies for Site)Basic accounting duties involving matching of order, delivery and invoice paperworkEnsuring the workplace is kept clean and tidyPayroll – Update schedules, review final Kronos timesheets, Supervisors/Managers SignoffOn-boarding of new employeesSkills/Qualifications:To be successful, you will have:2–3 years' experience in a similar role, preferred but not essentialExcellent customer focusExcellent communications skillsAbility to prioritise duties and apply initiativePrevious experience with Pronto would be an advantageAbility to work autonomouslySound working knowledge of MS Office, Excel & WordHigh level of accuracyProfessional phone mannerAbility to multitaskAbility to take direction from multiple sourcesCommitted to learning and eager to take on new challengesA remuneration package will be offered based on skills and experience for the role.Full training will be provided to the successful candidate.As part of the selection process, a pre-employment medical exam is required; including a drug and alcohol assessment.We are an equal opportunity employer.
