We are looking for a mature, outgoing, customer service focused person to join our team. You will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth running of our operations. Your strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills will be crucial in this position. Must have right to work in Australia with no restrictions.What you'll be doing:Providing exceptional customer service and liaising with clients and suppliers.Handling booking inquiries via phone and email.Performing general administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and document management.Preparing quotes and invoices.Reconciling financial transactions.Providing general administrative support to the team as required.What we're looking for:Previous experience in an administrative role.Experience with Xero is preferable.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.Ability to work in a small, tight-knit team.A positive and proactive attitude with a keen eye for detail.General knowledge of social media platforms.Working with children check is preferable.Criminal check, a must.First aid certificate.Current driver's license is essential.School hours can be considered for the right applicant - otherwise hours will be 8am-4pm Monday to Thursday (1hr non-paid lunch).Full training is provided - willing to do a trial.About us:Dubbo Showers and Security Screens is a family-owned and operated glazing business, catering to residential and commercial clients with more than 25 years of industry experience.
