Administration Assistant

Regional Group are currently seeking an Administration Assistant to support our team to ensure all administration tasks are completed in a timely and accurate manner.
We are looking for someone who is self-driven and organised, who can establish and maintain relationships with all departments while maintaining the flexibility to work across several duties and manage multiple deadlines. 
Duties will include: Customer trade reference checksDelivery docket reportsManaging weighbridge systems and ordersPurchasingContractor managementCorresponding with suppliers, customers and employeesPrepare all communications, emails, invoices, reports and other correspondenceDocument processing and data entryProvide consistent and high-quality customer serviceKnowledge and experience required: Previous experience in a similar role, preferred not essential Time management skills and ability to meet deadlinesAttention to detail and a high level of accuracy Use of initiative, proactive and organised approach to workThis is a full-time position based in Dubbo NSW supporting our Construction Materials business unit.
