Administration - Accounts Officer,  Winnellie NT We are a local Plumbing Business seeking a self-motivated, dynamic, reliable Accounts Administration Officer with experience to join our team.
This is a part-time role working 3 days per week.
The applicant must possess the following skills Minimum 2 years experience in an administrative role in which you can demonstrate your knowledge. MYOB / Xero experience or similar accounts programServiceM8 experience but not essential (training provided)Strong Communication Skills, verbally and written.High level of computer literacy including Microsoft OfficeAbility to work independently and within scheduled time frameCommunicate effectively with contractors, suppliers, private and government agencies.Confident in telephone communications Must be punctual, committed and have the ability to self start.Be able to multi task and prioritise work load.You will be responsible for but not limited to Day to day administration operations including monitoring and responding to emails, answering phones, filing, data entry, Accounts – End of Month reconciliations / receivables / payables EOM ReportingFleet ManagementLicence renewals / applicationsProvide day to day administration support to the Administration Manager/ Supervisors , Contract administration - monitoring and updating contracts, contract compliance , Training provided and remuneration discussed on experience.
