An exciting opportunity exists within our dynamic office team for a vibrant and dedicated Administration Assistant!We are looking for a versatile, enthusiastic and experienced Administration Assistant. The ideal candidate will be reliable, well presented, competent and capable to handle a wide range of duties including but not limited to:First point of contact for members and guests, providing a bright, bubbly, and friendly welcome to everyone who enters the Club. Assist with members and guests' enquiries.General office duties; answering and directing phone calls, email correspondence, assisting in the preparation of reports, updating and maintaining office policies and procedures, maintaining membership database, ordering office supplies and researching new deals and suppliers, planning meetings and taking detailed minutes, acting as the point of contact for internal and external clients, liaising with all team members and handling requests and queries from management team.Cash handling, banking and MYOB data entry.Basic website tasks such as posting information onto the members portal.Help prepare marketing material for Corporate and Charity Golf Days such as flyers and scorecards.Assist with other aspects of Club life as necessary whilst adhering to the Club's code of conduct, procedures and WHS policies.Minimum Requirements:Proven experience as an Administration Assistant.Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.Proficiency in MS Office.Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise work.Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task.RSA/RCG.If this sounds like you, please email your resume to ****** by 9.00am Monday 18th November 2024.Please note due to a huge number of applications, only successful applicants will be contacted.
