About the role The Administration Assistant works as part of the Prison administration team and undertakes a variety of support activities contributing to the smooth operation of the Prison.
The position is responsible for providing clerical assistance to the Management team and learning various roles to enable backfilling during periods of leave.
About you The Administration Assistant will be a general office all-rounder with an enthusiastic attitude and good attention to detail.
The successful candidate will be a good communicator and be able to facilitate and build good working relationships with all members of staff and clients.
