Adaptability Therapy is a friendly and progressive multi-disciplinary allied health team in South East QLD committed to providing comprehensive services for children, young people and adults with a range of disabilities. We provide a range of Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Speech Pathology services to people of all ages, from infants up to those who are ageing, including NDIS and Aged Care clients.

We are looking for a customer service superstar and organisational guru to support our team of allied health professionals as we continue to grow.

The role is dynamic and you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of tasks and projects, as well as interacting with therapists and clients to provide appointment scheduling support.

Based in our Coorparoo office, upstairs from our busy clinic, you will be working with a supportive and friendly team committed to ensuring the best outcomes for our clients.
  
Administration Officer

We are looking for someone with excellent customer service, planning and organisation skills to support our team of allied health professionals with varied duties, including:  
Supporting therapists and Team Leads with calendar scheduling and management – you will use your excellent organisational skills to assist Therapist's to schedule and plan their day Taking incoming calls and enquiries from clients and other key stakeholders (families, guardians, Support Coordinators etc) Client intake activities – creation of client records, scheduling initial appointments, referral processing, initial risk management and assessment for home visits Maintaining data in systems and spreadsheets, ensuring accurate information is recorded as required Operational support tasks – whether it's assisting with the logistics of our next team meeting or helping resource our clinics and travel kits with fun therapy items, you will find lots of variety in the role to keep things interesting Enjoying your time here and becoming part of our caring and supportive team   About you

To be successful in the role, you will:
