We are seeking a Reception and Administration Assistant for our Property Management division, based at Hamilton, where we currently manage over 140 apartments in a 6-building complex. Reporting to the Senior Property Manager and supporting a small team, you will be responsible for the following:
Respond to phone, email and face to face enquiresManage contractor access and sign-in processesAssist in preparing new tenant documentationReceipting of incoming fundsIssue tenant payment receiptsPrepare monthly invoice approval formsElectronic filing & archiving of tenancy documentationGeneral office assistance Skills and Experience Real Estate Sales Person LicenceStrong computer skills as well as a good level of numeracy and analytical skills, Word and Excel beginners to intermediatePrevious experience in a customer service related position No travelling required, Monday – Friday.  This is an excellent opportunity to work for a leading property developer and for someone who has ambitions of a long-term career.
