Eagle Body Corporate Managers & Consultants is a leading provider of strata management services in Brisbane. We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Strata Assistant to join our dynamic team at our Woolloongabba office.
Key Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to our Strata Managers.Assist in the preparation of meeting agendas, minutes, and correspondence.Liaise with property owners, committee members, and contractors.Manage documentation, including maintaining accurate records and databases.Respond to client inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.Key Requirements: Prior experience in the strata industry is highly regarded.Proficiency in using StrataMax software is highly desirable.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Why Join Us?
