Salary range of $60k to $63k plus super Based in Brisbane CBD - working from the office full time Some local travel required so you will need a current Drivers Licence Our client is a reputable firm dedicated to providing exceptional service.
They are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administration Assistant to join their team.
The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the efficient operation of their office.
Training will be conducted in Noosa so you will be required to travel and stay local.
Key Responsibilities: Attending to mail, scanning, emails and preparing documentation as instructed Assisting with Queensland Revenue Office payments Assist with Trust Account receipting and reconciliation Assisting with Electronic Funds Transfers Answering and placing client calls Maintaining records for documentation held Office assistant, ad-hoc duties as required Our ideal candidate will: Prior experience in office or administrative support Possess a good understanding of MS Office applications High level of attention to detail, good word processing and report writing skills Can work in a fast-paced environment and prioritise accordingly Have experience dealing with trust accounts (highly desirable) Be well presented, with a professional telephone manner and outgoing personality Ability to think outside the square and show initiative Current Full Drivers Licence If you are a motivated and dedicated individual looking to join a reputable firm, we would love to hear from you!
