Job Added: 7th July 2022 Boutique Firm in Fortitude Valley Key responsibilities include: Assisting a team of professionals with general administrative tasks including, daily mail (incoming/outgoing), collating and scanning documents Client relationship management and building a strong rapport with clients Assisting in the preparation and follow up of client documentation, incoming and outgoing Assisting with ATO Tax lodgements, portal reports, deferrals and payment arrangements Assisting with invoicing and debtor collection Diary Management and scheduling of meetings as required Ad hoc administrative duties The ideal candidate will possess the following: Previous administration experience within a professional services environment Ability to multi task, prioritise workload and meet deadlines A resilient and can-do attitude Ability to work autonomously, and as part of a team Initiative and pride in your own work Contact Yelena on 0450 431 605 for more information.
