About Us Immediate start for the right applicant.  DIY Tiles is a proud family owned and QLD based company, with over 50 years of experience in ceramic tile importing and wholesale distribution. 
With an ever-growing client base and at the fore front of a new phase in technology and operations for the business, this dynamic company is ready to grow its Administration team. 
The Role This is a full-time position for a 40-hour week, based in our Murarrie Office. The successful candidate will exhibit a high level of customer service, providing the necessary support to ensure orders are processed on time, customer enquiries are satisfied and daily company operations run smoothly.

Handling enquires over the phone, via email, or in-personProcessing orders, returns & credits within the company's operating systemAssistance coordinating between the Warehouse and Sales TeamsProvide a supporting role to ensure client accounts are kept in order Skills and experience;
A minimum 2-4 years experience in customer service/ admin is an advantage but not requiredFull eligibility to work within AustraliaExceptional written, interpersonal, and verbal communications skillsProficient in Outlook and accurate data entry is necessary Ability to work within a team environment, as well as autonomouslyAptitude in multi-tasking and time management within a dynamic environment Why You?
