The role
As RTO Administrator, you will provide RTO administration support services to the training and project delivery teams, students, and clients. This will include everything from student enrolments through to completions.
This Full-time permanent role is based in either Maroochydore or Beenleigh, QLD, with the option of hybrid working arrangements.
Key responsibilities will include Manage and maintain student records, enrolments, and compliance documentation
Provide administrative support for the scheduling and coordination of training programs
Work within the RTO's management systems (Catapult & Vasto) to ensure accurate data entry and reporting
Respond to student and trainer queries, providing exceptional customer service
Provide support with general office administration as required
About you Proven experience in an RTO or educational environment
Knowledge of ASQA and compliance requirements for RTOs
Familiarity with student management systems (e.g., Catapult, Vasto)
High level of computer literacy, including Microsoft applications
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Demonstrated ability to work independently and within a team
