Engage, coordinate & manage trades during the restoration process for buildings damaged by insurable events Schedule estimator attendances across Regional VIC effectively in line with SLA's Communicate & negotiate with trades to track the progress of jobs Arrange specialist reports where required to support the estimating team Liaise between insured parties & insurance companies Dispute / issue resolution as required Ensure all inspections, certificates & relevant documentation is signed off Work closely with estimators to ensure quotations are submitted in accordance with SLA's Process invoices Ensure purchase orders are sent out accurately & in a timely fashion Key Selection Criteria:

Previous administration experience Strong customer service skills Ability to work well under pressure Construction background highly regarded, however not essential Excellent written & verbal communication skills, including a professional phone manner Ability to develop strong relationships Excellent time management & organisational skills Strong attention to detail Highly computer literate including Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook Can-do & positive attitude A willingness to learn & start from the ground up in a fast-moving organisation and team.
