Status: Full-time Fixed Term Contract (18 Months) NLC is looking for its next Trainee to join our Regional Development team in Borroloola.
We are currently seeking expressions of interest from motivated individuals wanting to undertake an entry-level traineeship.

We will pay you while you complete a nationally recognised Certificate, earning while you learn with the regional development team who provide a collaborative approach when coaching and mentoring our Trainees.

About the Role
You will be trained to work as the first point of contact for our regional office team.
You will be responsible for providing day-to-day administrative support to the regional office to effectively and efficiently service the needs of the branch and the NLC.
Gain paid administration experience within a supportive team to achieve a nationally recognised qualification.

In addition to this, you will have:
Completion of year 10 high school or previous work experience.
Efficient time management and organisational skills.
Ability to work with technology, including Microsoft Office is highly desirable.
C Class drivers' licence is a plus.

We offer:
A base salary of $52,759 per annum plus 14.5% superannuation and salary sacrificing up to $15,900 + Meal Entertainment and Holiday Accommodation benefits up to $2,650 per year.
Other benefits under our Enterprise Agreement include: District allowance of up to $9,411 per annum for individuals with dependents and $5,826 without dependents.
5 weeks annual leave, leaving loading, 18 days personal leave; Paid Christmas close down; Upon completion of 12 months of service an Annual airfare with a net (in hand) value of $2,961.
