Our mission is to provide the highest quality of service and products. We are a growing business seeking an outstanding showroom consultant to facilitate further growth.
Together, the showroom consultant team is responsible for project managing 100+ orders, consulting with new and repeat customers who are beginning new window furnishing projects, liaising with suppliers, maintaining the showroom (in terms of sampling, displays, and product information), general administrative duties, and problem solving difficulties that arise within projects.
We are recruiting a motivated and skilled showroom consultant who will be responsible for growing and developing the business, as well as maintaining our quality standard. We are seeking an energetic, articulate communicator with strong administrative and people's skills. In addition, the administrative part of this role will have a focus on scheduling and being in charge of our Installations Calendar on a daily basis.
You will need to have a very strong customer focus and the ability to identify clients' needs.
Key Responsibilities Qualification of potential customers on the floor and over the phoneSchedule measure & quote appointments for Sales ConsultantsProvide quality window furnishing information to all existing & potential clientsDaily preparation of installer(s) run sheetsData entry on any order related information into CRM System (Salesforce)Pre-book appointments of existing ordersFollowing up on installation outcomesDeal with conflict resolutionReceiving and inspecting goods / productsGeneral maintenance of quality Showroom & Storeroom The successful candidate's must-haves Be a strong, articulate communicator in person and over the phoneBe an innovative, forward thinkerDemonstrate outstanding customer service skillsDemonstrate outstanding administrative skillsHave a high attention to detailMaintain store presentation to the highest levelBe a creative problem solverBe very proficient in a highly computerised environment Be goal-oriented and have a track record of meeting set goals and targetsBe a team player, as well as able to work independentlyBe thorough in project management We will regard favourably Experience in sales preferredExperience in using Spreadsheets, and WordA technical or numbers-oriented mindsetExperience in project managementBackground in a similar industryEmployer questions Your application will include the following questions:
