Together, the showroom consultant team is responsible for project managing 100+ orders, consulting with new and repeat customers who are beginning new window furnishing projects, liaising with suppliers, maintaining the showroom (in terms of sampling, displays, and product information), general administrative duties, and problem solving difficulties that arise within projects.
We are recruiting a motivated and skilled showroom consultant who will be responsible for growing and developing the business, as well as maintaining our quality standard. We are seeking an energetic, articulate communicator with strong administrative and people's skills. In addition, the administrative part of this role will have a focus on scheduling and being in charge of our Installations Calendar on a daily basis.
You will need to have a very strong customer focus and the ability to identify clients' needs.
