Student Services, Sunshine Coast Campus, Sippy Downs Level 4, $71,549- $75,247 p.a., plus up to 17% employer superannuation Full-time, ongoing appointment The Opportunity You'll manage a variety of student administrative tasks with precision and efficiency. Your primary objective will be to deliver exceptional service to both prospective and current students, as well as staff members of the university, promptly and accurately via phone and email. Additionally, you'll play a vital role in enhancing processes across all facets of student administration, focusing particularly on initiatives within Student Business Services. Working collaboratively within a team, you'll actively participate in admission processes, scholarship coordination, orientation programs, enrolment procedures, progression tracking, and graduation activities as needed.

You will provide quality client service to prospective, new and current students on all aspects of admission, enrolment, progression, examination and curriculum data management activities; effectively use the Student Information System (PeopleSoft) to data enter and maintain accurate student records; and undertake word-processing of general correspondence, reports, forms, spreadsheet data entry and mailing out of information to students and potential applicants. About you Your exceptional interpersonal abilities allow you to provide exceptional customer service, excelling at connecting and collaborating with colleagues and students to achieve quality outcomes. With a positive and friendly demeanour, you competently prioritise tasks and meet deadlines. Your sound judgment, initiative, and problem-solving skills will drive successful results in our collaborative environment. You'll possess well-developed writing and editing skills, enabling you to effortlessly draft and refine correspondence, formal documentation, informational materials, and reports.
You will possess: Education, training and/or relevant experience equivalent to completion of an associate diploma level qualification combined with relevant work experience in a tertiary education environment. A sound understanding of the Australian secondary and tertiary education system Ability to identify business processes improvement opportunities and to advise on potential solutions. Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in the use of the Microsoft Office suite, and the ability to develop, maintain, manipulate and report from data bases and in the use of a customer management system.
