Source: Whitsunday Jobs JOB DESCRIPTION BIH is seeking an Administration Assistant to work within our offices located at Bowen.
BIH specialises in providing services to the Mining, Industrial, Commercial and Residential businesses in North Queensland.
Role responsibilities:
• Meeting and Greeting clients
• Answer incoming calls, including arranging the hire of plant and equipment
• Ordering, collection and purchasing of uniforms, mail, and stationery
• Updating and maintaining records within accounting systems – Accounts Payable, Petty Cash and Invoicing
• Creation and registration of quotations and purchase orders
• Assisting all business lines with ad-hoc duties as required
Skills and Experience
• Have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Be professional and focus on client care
• Be a team player with the ability to always remain positive
• Be organized and have a high level of attention to detail
• Ability to work unsupervised and meet deadlines
• Must have a minimum P1 driver's licence
