Administration Assistant – Support and Grow in a Dynamic Role!LJ Hooker Alice Springs is seeking a highly organised and motivated Administration Assistant to join our team! If you're passionate about real estate and want to provide exceptional service, this is your opportunity to support our Property Management team and help manage a thriving portfolio of properties.Core Responsibilities:Coordinate and organise repairs and maintenance with approved tradespeopleLiaise with prospective tenants and respond to enquiriesMaintain accurate electronic records of communications, documents, and tenancy agreementsOrganise and conduct property inspections in line with standards and authorityFacilitate arrears management processes and assist with rent reviewsPrepare lease agreements and relevant documentsAttend weekly property management meetings, providing updates and reportsWhat We're Looking For:Excellent organisational and multitasking skillsStrong attention to detail and communication abilitiesAdvanced skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Adobe, and experience across a range of software programs is essentialA proactive attitude and willingness to learnExperience in administration or property management is a plusWhy Join Us?
