Administration Assistant – Support and Grow in a Dynamic Role! LJ Hooker Alice Springs is seeking a highly organised and motivated Administration Assistant to join our team! If you're passionate about real estate and want to provide exceptional service, this is your opportunity to support our Property Management team and help manage a thriving portfolio of properties.
Core Responsibilities: Coordinate and organise repairs and maintenance with approved tradespeople Liaise with prospective tenants and respond to enquiries Maintain accurate electronic records of communications, documents, and tenancy agreements Organise and conduct property inspections in line with standards and authority Facilitate arrears management processes and assist with rent reviews Prepare lease agreements and relevant documents Attend weekly property management meetings, providing updates and reports What We're Looking For: Excellent organisational and multitasking skills Strong attention to detail and communication abilities Advanced skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Adobe, and experience across a range of software programs is essential A proactive attitude and willingness to learn Experience in administration or property management is a plus Why Join Us?
