Administration Assistant

Qube Forestry - Bluewood Industries are looking for an Administration Assistant, 3 days per week. The Administration Assistant is responsible for maintaining the day-to-day running of the Qube Forestry administration office, including:Providing administrative support to the management teamOffice records managementAdministrative tasks and dutiesDaily load delivery reconciliationAbility to provide back up to the Accounts administrator after trainingTo be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook skills preferredEmail management, Data Entry and working across spreadsheets skillsExcellent communication skills both written and verbalAbility to multitask and prioritise projectsProven ability to pick up internal systems quicklyFlexible approach with strong business acumenDrivers LicenceWill need to undertake Drug & Alcohol Screening and a Pre Employment Medical.Resumes can be emailed to ******#J-18808-Ljbffr
